PTS Welding is a member of the South African Mining and Preferential Provider Forum (SAMPPF). PTS Empowerment Trust has been registered through the Master of the High Court Gauteng South. Such empowerment trust is the registered owner of 51% of the issued share capital in the company and the present body of employees are the beneficial owners of such shareholding within the Employee’s Trust. Transformation is a journey; we have achieved a number of milestones, but continue to focus on the achievements and our vision –becoming a fully transformed company representing the community we serve. Our transformation strategy is constantly evolving and, while we have some way to go, we are proud of what we achieved thus far.
